Shelf-Stable and Brined

For those who need product with a longer shelf life, we process fresh garlic in citric acid, vinegar or brine to keep it fresh, until you're ready to use it. Ideal for pizza sauces, salsas, salad dressings, marinades, prepared entrees, processed cheeses and meats, garlic spreads and tomato-based sauces.

Whole/Sliced Cloves in Brine
Our whole or sliced cloves are packed in a pickling brine consisting of water, vinegar, salt, phosphoric acid, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

Crushed with Citric Acid
When you want your garlic more processed, this is an excellent option. Our fresh garlic cloves are peeled and either coarsely or finely ground, then blended with citric acid.

Puree in Vinegar
To create this product, we puree fresh garlic with vinegar, so it has a smooth consistency that's easy to blend with other ingredients.

Juice
When you want to add flavor without added thickness, this is the perfect choice. Our fresh garlic is squeezed and filtered, then blended with vinegar and salt to create liquid that's full of real garlic flavor.
