Dial-a-heat Jalapeños

There's nothing like a touch of jalapeño to add extra flavor and spice to your product - and with our jalapeños you can choose the amount of heat that's right for you. We start with a proprietary variety of no-heat jalapeños. The peppers are stemmed, capped, washed and processed, with brine added to preserve the authentic flavor and texture. Then, natural flavors can be added to produce the exact heat level you desire.

Diced
The peppers are diced into a variety of sizes to suit your needs. This product is an ideal choice when piece identity is important, such as chunky salsas and sauces, dips or prepared frozen entrees.

Puree
For this product, the peppers are ground to a fine, uniform consistency. Perfect for products where pepper flavor is required in a smooth sauce, salad dressing or marinade.

* Products are shelf-stable, but should be refrigerated after opening. Transport and store containers below 70° F. All of our California-grown products can be certified organic or kosher. Organic products require a longer lead time, therefore prior notification is necessary.
